I needed a new car and knew I was getting another Acura. I go to First Acura for all of my maintenance and they have great customer service. Bill helped me buy my new 2018 TLX. He helped me to get all of the features I wanted and the payments I was comfortable with. The experience was easy and hassle free. Customer service can't be beat. I bought my last Acura at a different dealership and it was aggravating, at First Acura it was easy and I'll be back for my next one whenever that is. Thank you to Bill and the team at First Acura. Bill is the best!!!

This is my second time leasing from First Acura, and it was easier than the first time, which was pretty easy. Bill Johnson was wonderful. He’s so easy to work with, polite, and knowledgeable. Tom Conti also helped me out tremendously. He answered all my questions promptly and even made fresh popcorn for my husband even though they were ready to close. Finally, Bruce Grabert in financing pulled it altogether and had me in my new car about an hour after I arrived. He also checked my old vehicle to make sure I didn’t leave any paper work in the glove compartment after the dealership was technically closed. In closing, I’ve had nothing but great service from anyone I’ve dealt with at First Acura.
I did not buy my car here but wish I had. They are the best dealer to deal with when it comes to service. Tom and Peter are two of the nicest people to work with. I have never been disappointed. Only once. I keep on trying to take them out to dinner because of the nice job they do and we have not been able to make our schedules work. I'm sure we will soon. If you have not used First Acura I would highly suggest you do!!!!
