When I leased my car I also purchased the maintenance plan, one does not read the maintenance manual that comes in the car and we just ask the coverage and according with the salesperson it covered all the maintenance that the car needed while the duration of the lease. Well the first time my car gave me a warning that I needed service I call and was told that according with the code given in the car I needed a oil change, tire rotation and no need for an apt. Took the car there next day, I told them that I had a service plan but, always a but the service also included fluid change in the differential and my plan did not covered that, it’s an extra $145.00. So common sense tells me that something is not right and I was not told the whole truth, while oil change and tire rotation does not come close to what I payed for my plan, meaning I could have denied purchasing the plan and pay out of my pocket every time I needed service and I would still have change. So please make sure that when you purchase a maintenance plan you know what it covers because the salesperson will omit the all truth. Not only I had my normal oil change but now I have to pay other maintenance required by the car that it’s not covered and not exposed by salesman or the finance officer when you sign on the dotted line. This is not the fault of the service department because they can only do what it’s presented to them. It’s a pity when a dealer needs to come to a point of short changing a costumer because of a couple of dollars.

They went far beyond my needs as a consumer and treated me like family, opening and closing the door for me (had my son with a carriage) and washed my car and inspected it all for free. Just adds peace of mind, and I wanted to express my gratitude to each of the staff members there!

Shawn N. was very helpful and accommodating from start to finish.  I had a very positive experience.  He explained everything to me throughout my visit, keeping me in the loop about my vehicle.  He was respectful of my time, getting me into a courtesy vehicle when my own car needed more time to be worked on.  He even helped me install my child seats.  It is very likely that I will recommend First Acura to others, and will go back to service my own vehicle or possibly to purchase my next car.
