I bought my car (07 TL types S) new from first Acura and have always had it serviced at the dealer. The level of service has always been top notch from day 1. Tom in service is the reason I keep going back, he takes the time to explain all the maintenance items (doesn’t push for unnecessary service items) and provides great prices for the work done. Considering buying a new car and i have no doubt it’s going to be from first Acura. Acura delivers great and exciting products and first delivers the service you deserve. Great work from all at first but Tom is definitely the reason they’ll keep my business.

Outstanding (first) experience at First Acura. I was greated by Shawn Nunnelly, my service advisor, who was in constant communication me throughout the entire service and diagnostic process. His delivery was top-notch, and as friendly as you can get. It was great to see an old friend Phil, the new service manager. Knew him from the Honda days in Burlington, a true professional. Lastly, Craig Boudreau, Senior Sales Consultant, was great to talk to; extremely knowledgeable about every Acura, and the industry as a whole. Highly recommended!
